But if you've never worked in an IT company before, you probably have a lot of questions. What exactly happens during training? Is it like college? Will they teach programming from the beginning? Are there exams? Do you have to pass assessments? What if you don't understand something? Does your training decide which project you get? And how seriously should you actually take it?
